Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (same day) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Damaged products may be exchanged, but the customer must file a complaint on the same day of delivery. Claims will not be accepted once the product has been used.
